2. Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this agreement is to determine the terms and conditions related to the sale and execution of the airport passenger transfer services provided by the Seller to the Buyer. This agreement is arranged within the scope of the service purchased by the Buyer on the King Transfer Ltd. Şti website (alanyakingtransfer.com) in electronic form.

3. Description of Service and Price

The Buyer agrees to purchase the selected airport transfer service under the terms and prices specified. The service fee, including taxes and other legal obligations, is specified to the Buyer at the time of purchase.

4. Payment and Refund Terms

4.1 Payment
Payment is made using one of the available payment methods Credit Card, Bank Transfer, Pay to Driver. Once payment is completed, the service is considered purchased.

4.2 Refund Terms
The Buyer may cancel the service if it has not yet been rendered and exercise their right of withdrawal within the scope of the current distance sales legislation. The right of withdrawal is valid up to 24 hours before the start of the service. If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the refund will be made to the Buyer using the same payment method.

5. Execution of the Service

The Seller agrees to initiate the service at the specified date and time at the address provided by the Buyer at the time of booking. If the Buyer is unable to use the service or cancels it, they accept the refund and cancellation conditions.

6. Responsibilities

6.1 The Seller agrees to provide the selected service to the Buyer completely and on time.

6.2 The Buyer is responsible for providing all information regarding the service completely and accurately. The Seller is not responsible for any service disruptions due to incomplete or incorrect information provided by the Buyer.

7. Force Majeure

Events beyond the control of the parties that prevent the fulfillment of obligations arising from the agreement (such as natural disasters, war, strikes, government interventions) are considered force majeure. In the event of force majeure, the obligations of the parties are suspended.

8. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between the parties, the laws of the Republic of Turkey shall apply, and disputes shall be resolved in the Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices.

9. Validity

This agreement takes effect upon the Buyer's acceptance in an electronic environment.
